When working with teams, some general information about the workshop or team responses (without stating names or specifics) may be shared with the coach or coaching staff. Any limits to confidentiality will be shared at the beginning of each team session.

Scheduling

Individual student athletes or coaches can call the front desk at 216-397-4283 to schedule an initial consultation for mental performance. For individual sessions, the first consultation meeting will last about an hour and will include time for a baseline mental skills assessment, discussing current concerns, relevant history and goals.

For working with teams, an initial 30-minute phone call or meeting with the coach will be scheduled to discuss current concerns and team needs.
